About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Burrito Bowl locations. You’ll work to ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and compliance, while helping us develop a motivated and diverse team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all Burrito Bowl Mexican Grill locations
Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Ensure regulatory and brand compliance (DOH, Burrito Bowl Standards)
Assist HR functions such as hiring and conducting interviews
Build and develop a motivated and diverse team
Work with team members to maintain operation standards
Ensure superior guest service and satisfaction
Handle cash management and reconcile cash drawers
Manage inventory, including ordering and approvals
Monitor revenue and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Hospitality Management or Management or Hospitality or education + experience which is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in or Hospitality Management or Management or Hospitality
Proven experience in restaurant operations management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
